• Immediate Response:In the event of an alarm or security breach, your system sends a signal to the monitoring center. Trained, Live Security Experts at the monitoring center receive this signal and take necessary action during an emergency event. 
• Verification:Enables Live Security Experts to access authorized cameras during an emergency event to reduce false alarms and expedite emergency response.* 
• Emergency Dispatch:Get immediate help from emergency responders by pressing the Police, Fire, or Medical button on your Keypad Hub or using the Arlo Secure App.

Privacy Center in the Arlo Secure App is designed to keep your personal information private and in your control. Using Privacy Center, you can easily manage the following:  

• Content:Control your content and remove it from the cloud whenever you want. You can erase all the content on one or more of your devices.
• Account:See a full list of devices that have access to your system, and log out of one or more of the devices if someone has unauthorized access.
• Partners:View a list of apps and services linked to your account, and easily disconnect whenever needed.

After installing your Home Security System and enabling Emergency Response, download your Professional Monitoring Certificate from Arlo. Your Certificate shows the services enabled at your location, so you can get a discount on your home insurance premium.*
