How do I turn my Arlo Go camera's LED on or off?
By default, your Arlo Go camera's LED shows the state of the camera. If you do not want the LED to light—for example, if you want your camera to attract less attention in an outdoor location—you can change your camera's settings using the following instructions. You can choose to either turn off your camera's LED completely, or only turn off certain indicators.
If you turn off your camera's LED, the LED remains off until you turn it back on again.
Turning the LED off has no effect on the faint red glow from the Arlo Go camera's night vision infrared LEDs. To eliminate the red glow, you must turn off night vision. Turning off night vision substantially reduces the quality of videos taken in low light. For more information about turning night vision on or off, see How do I turn my camera's night vision on and off in my Arlo app?.
Note: Turning the LED off might make it more difficult for you to troubleshoot problems with your Arlo Go camera.
