Transparency Report
Arlo publishes a bi-annual Transparency Report that provides information on the types and volume of information requests we processed during the reporting period.
Product Compliance
Arlo is committed to providing customers with high quality products that are in compliance with regulatory laws, directives, standards and industry regulations. Arlo’s products, including Verisure's Arlo branded products, go through vigorous testing and certification processes to achieve regulatory compliance, including without limitation in the areas of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), safety, wireless and telecom. Products are marked and in compliance with the European Union Directives (CE Mark) and other applicable directives and regulations. Products are RoHS compliant with the use of certain exemptions. Upon request, Arlo can provide information on the use of Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) and hazardous substances listed in Annex XVII of REACH regulations.
