Is a subscription required for my Wired Floodlight Camera to work after the 30-day trial ends?

No. A subscription is not required for your Floodlight to work after the 30-day trial period. Without a subscription, you will continue to receive notifications when motion is detected and be able to view your Floodlight’s live video feed. However, a subscription is required to maintain premium features like Video Cloud Storage, Interactive Notifications, Video Object Detection, and more. Can I plug the Wired Floodlight Camera into the Wall?

No. Wired Floodlight Camera needs to be installed on an existing 4” round UL listed weatherproof electrical junction box using existing wires. (Junction box supplied).

How do I connect the floodlight to power?

What's the difference between a floodlight and a spotlight camera?

Both spotlights and floodlights turn on when the camera detects motion. However, a spotlight is more focused, whereas a floodlight illuminates a much larger area. The Arlo Wired Floodlight Camera has two articulating lights that can be adjusted to focus on areas of interest and brightness levels you can customise. You can also schedule when you would like your Floodlight to turn on and off, and program how long you want it to stay on.

What's the difference between the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Camera and the Wired Floodlight Camera?

Wired Floodlight Camera connects to your existing electrical wiring for continuous power, has two adjustable lights, and an adjustable camera. Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Camera is a wire-free, battery-powered solution.

Does the Arlo Wired Floodlight Camera need a base station?

No. Wired Floodlight Camera connects directly to your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network.

Can I turn on my Arlo Floodlight Camera and leave it on, or is it on a timer?

You can set your Floodlight to stay on, or you can set the Floodlight to turn off automatically after a set period of time.
