How do I use an optional SD card in my Arlo Go 2 Camera?
You can use an optional micro-SD card (sold separately) to store Arlo recordings locally when your Arlo Go 2 Camera is not connected to the cloud.
Local storage cannot be used on its own as a substitute for cloud recording.
The Go 2 camera supports SD card capacity SD, SDHC (UHS-I), and SDXC (UHS-I), speed class: Class 10, U1, or U3.
To install an SD card in your Arlo Go 2 Camera:
1. Bring the Arlo Go 2 Camera indoors.
2. Press the release button on the bottom of the camera. With a click sound, the camera slides partially out of the housing.
3. Pull the camera until it separates from the housing.
4. Insert the micro SD card into the SD card slot.
5. Press the edge of the micro SD card until it’s completely seated in the slot.
6. Insert the camera back into the camera housing until it clicks into place.
