When you add your security kit to cart you will be asked to 'sign in or register’. After completing the Register details, you will receive an email to verify your account. Once you verified your email address you will need to login, you will be redirected to your cart to complete your purchase. After completing your purchase you will receive your order confirmation email. A separate email will be sent asking you to login to activate your account, this will enable log in to your My Arlo account where your videos will be stored.​

When your cameras arrive, download the 'Arlo Secure' app on your phone using the email and password. Your cameras will include step by step instructions on how to set up your security system and start capturing videos right away.

After purchasing your Monthly or Annual Secure AI Plan, you can manage your plan and payments from ‘Your Shop Account’. Your plan can be cancelled at any time. If you choose to cancel your plan you will no longer have access to any videos previously stored on your account, you will also lose access to your advanced AI features and the theft replacement service. You will maintain access to your Arlo Secure Plan and features up until the date of renewal. If you choose to cancel your Secure AI Annual Plan within the first 30 days after delivery, you will need to send a request to customer support for a refund and you will be required to return any products discounted as part of the offer (1). After the 30 days, the Secure AI Annual Plan is non-refundable. For full details of the return policy please visit our Terms of Sale.

You will be notified by email 5 days before your Secure Plan is due to renew, this will include renewal costs and the option to unsubscribe from renewal of your plan. If you do not unsubscribe, the renewal cost will be automatically taken using the billing details on your account. If you have chosen a monthly Secure Plan, your first payment will be one month after your plan start date (your plan start date will be order date +7 days to allow for delivery). If you have chosen an annual Secure Plan, your first payment will be 12 months after your plan start date (your plan start date will be order date +7 days to allow for delivery). Your Secure Plan and payments can be managed from My Shop Account. ​

To allow for delivery of your order and setup of your cameras, your free month will start 7 days after your order date. If you receive your cameras before the 7 days, you will still have access to the Secure Plan features. ​

To manage your Arlo Secure Plan and payments, or to view order details, you can log in to ‘My Shop Account'. To setup your cameras and access video footage you need to log in to 'My Arlo' or use the app on your phone. These accounts will have the same email but passwords may vary.
